    Yes, our services include office removals, furniture moves, packing, storage, and the safe transport of sensitive or bulky items like pianos or pool tables. 

  • How many years have you been operating?

  • What is the call-out charge?

    The call-out charge covers travel time and fuel to your pickup and drop-off locations and is added at the end of your job. Armstrong Removals uses fair capped call-out times based on location:


    Metro Sunshine Coast: 30 minutes


    Outer Sunshine Coast: 1 hour


    Country/Intrastate and Interstate: Price on Application (please contact your Customer Service Manager)


    Call-out time is billed at your job’s hourly rate for clear and transparent pricing.

  • Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

    We prioritise your service by reserving a slot for you once your job is booked. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, we request you notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked move time will incur a two-hour cancellation fee, while cancellations on the day of the move will attract a four-hour cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and continue to provide prompt service to all clients. If you wish to reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new moving date based on our availability. Please reach out to our Customer Service Manager for more information or to make any alterations to your booking.

  • How do I get a quote and what are your call‑out fees?

    We offer free onsite quotes across Sunshine Coast metro areas, with fair capped call-out charges (0.5 hr metro, 1 hr outer coast, POA for rural/interstate).
